1、Summarize
DM-4F-50 is a yellow white cubic crystalline particles of medium and low temperature ordinary electrical grade magnesium oxide powder, adding a small amount of silicone oil, does not have complete moisture-proof performance, the use temperature is less than 500℃, mainly used for less than 500℃ dry heating heat pipe and cast aluminum electric heat pipe. Can be annealed at less than 600 degrees. It has general fluidity and thermal conductivity, high insulation and resistance to penetration.
The heating tube made of DM-4F-50(BFC) needs to be used for 500-600℃ drying and drainage for 1.5 hours, timely sealing the pipe mouth, and requires No. 1 sealing glue to seal twice to ensure that there is no moisture return.

5、Store
1, DM-4F-50 should be stored in a ventilated, dry, cool place, avoid direct sunlight, rain. A location far from water sources; Temperature ≤45℃, humidity ≤75%RH conditions;
2, the surrounding environment is prohibited from volatile, corrosive substances such as acid, alkali, salt, to prevent pollution of goods.
3, magnesium oxide powder storage process, distance from the ground more than 100mm, to avoid the ground water vapor or other liquid pollution of magnesium oxide.
4, it is recommended to use up within 10 months after delivery, and it is recommended to bake before use. Unpack unused goods, open the recommended 3 days to use up; It is recommended to use the seal within 10 days.
5. During the use of magnesium oxide, if there is any surplus, the packaging mouth should be sealed and placed in a dry position to prevent air from entering; Bake before using again.
